I had the privilege of working along side Lon for five years at Bell Helicopter. During this time I found him to be the ultimate professional and was impressed with his knowledge of helicopter operations and his ability to impart his experience to his students. Lon was dedicated to making his students the safest and best pilots possible. He was well respected by all those, students and co-workers alike
